Our customers are extremely valuable to Metallo and each day our service representatives answers great questions they ask. Below is a series of some of those questions most asked and replyed to.

Q. How long does it take to ship my order?

A. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

Q. Is shipping really free?

A. Yes. At Metallo we ship your engine or transmission free of charge to all US territories including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

Q. What does my 3 year warranty cover?

A. This Three (3) year warranty is a parts only limited warranty. No labor warranty. This limited warranty is for a term length of three years from the date of delivery to customer.

Q. Is Metallo hiring for customer service representatives?

A. Yes. Metallo is always hiring for enthusiastic individuals for our Customer Service Department. If you have great customer service skills that entail creating a positive customer experience, using problem solving skills, have a positive attitude, can communicate clearly, be patient, listen actively and respond quickly, we at Metallo would love to hear from you.

Q. What if I get the wrong part I ordered?

A. Incorrect parts shipped by Metallo will be picked up at no cost to customer and a replacement will be shipped out or a full refund will be issued when part is returned.

Incorrect parts ordered will need to be returned within 30 days of receiving. Returns require a pre-arranged return merchandise authorization (RMA) specifying return address location. Once part is returned, please email us the returned tracking number to sales@metallodelivers.com and once the part is received, we will inspect and issue a refund. Parts must be returned in same condition received.
