All was great. Very happy with my engine and great price as well. Young salesman probably needs more training and people skills. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Could’ve been avoided if he just told truth and was well informed about their own shipping policies but chose to be argumentative and disrespectful. It didnt help that I was upset. Nonetheless I recieved my engine and will definitely use AM again. Thank you for the Engine. Continued success!!!!

My experience with this company was great the sales rep was awesome he was very courteous kind and explained everything in a detail.shipping was without an issue. Fast service.I would buy from this company again.

Overall it was a good experience. But the time frame it took to ship was a little more than I had hoped for. The engine I purchased runs great and so far I have no problems.

My experience with you guys has been great. The sales guy was extremely helpful and everything was as specified. The transmission was delivered a bit earlier than stated. Our mechanic said transmission was in great shape. Had a pleasant experience with AM Auto parts and would definitely deal with them again

Engine came with broken timing chain, sent me new parts. The entire engine is gunked up with sludge. The mechanic is going to remove motor, soak it and clean it and install the new timing chain and reinstall. Has not been done yet due to getting moved back on their schedule. AM responded immediately when there were issues and have worked with me to get parts shipped out. So far so good.
